Homeopathic Pillules

 

Orthotic Instructions

  • Orthoses should be worn in gradually.
  • On the first day of issue wear for 1-2 hours.
  • Increase hours of wearing orthoses by one hour each day, until able to tolerate all day.
  • If orthoses are uncomfortable, take devices out and resume wearing in the next day.
  • By the end of two weeks you should be able to wear orthoses for most of the day without discomfort.
  • If orthoses remain uncofortable or are causing a specific problem, then call your podiatrist to schedule an appointment to review the orthoses.
  • Ensure you are confortable walking and standing in your orthoses before trying to use them for sport.
  • You may have to gradually wear them in for sport.
  • Try removing your shoe insole altogher, or placing the insole on top of your orthoses to see which is the most comfortable for you.

Thuja Patches

  • Cut out a piece of the silicone sheet which is the size of the wart and place on the wart.
  • Cover with a tape or dressing to keep in place.
  • Remove the sheeting at night to allow the skin to breathe.
  • The same piece of silicone sheet can be used for 2-3 days. It can be washed by hand under warm running water.

Homeopathic Pillules

  • Without touching pillules, place one- two under the tongue.
  • Allow pillule to disolve.
  • Try to not eat drink, or brush teeth within 1/2 hr of taking your homeopathic pillule.
  • Strore pillules out of direct sunlight, avoiding extreme heat or cold. Pillules should not be stored with strong magnetic fields, ie. mobile phones or on the top of microwave ovens.
  • Repeat dose as direted on the pillule label.
  • If symptoms stop, stop your homoeopathics. If symptoms worsen please call your podiatrist.
  • Symptoms may worsen before resolution, your dosage may need to be altered if this does occur.
